Think you’re too old to start a strength training program?  My 60th birthday present to myself for 2006 was to lose weight and get in shape.  I have never been a regular exerciser nor a runner.  I was also a very bad yoyo dieter.
 
I signed up for Ron Lyons Ultimate Body 20 week training program and my results have been beyond fantastic!  I have lost 35 pounds and 10% body fat.  As I stated earlier, I have never been an exerciser but I am a convert!  I looked forward to each morning workout and the camaraderie with the other participants and instructors.  Accountability for your own progress is the name of the game.
 
Don't wait as long as I did to take control of your weight loss and strength training programs!  My cholesterol and triglyceride levels are in acceptable ranges again in addition to my blood pressure.  Thanks to my instructors, Angie and Wayne, and to you, Ron, for providing the program!

Last year at this time I was ready to set my "new Year's Resolutions." One of them was to lose 40 pounds by July 1st. I knew it would take alot of hard work and I knew that I wouldn't have the internal motivation to do it myself, so I asked for help. I asked Ron Lyons to help me reach my goal.

Ron's program was perfectly tailored for me and my fitness level (can you say zero?) when I started. His training schedule, combined with clear nutrition guidelines, gave me the structure that I needed to begin losing weight and adding muscle and tone. But to be honest, the workouts and food planning were all things I could have read from a book or the internet. The BIGGEST DIFFERENCE was the PERSONAL SUPPORT I received from Ron. On days when I couldn't find it in myself to push harder, Ron helped me find that extra ounce of energy. He knew when to be understanding and patient and he knew when to push and provoke me to do more. Most importantly, he helped me WANT to be better and stronger for myself.

 

I have surpassed my original goal. Today, I am healthier, stronger, and feel like I am ready for whatever God puts in front of me.

First, let me say how much I have enjoyed your program. I could have never achieved the same results had I attempted this challenge on my own. I know…because I have tried and failed.

I will begin the final 4 weeks of my contract and I plan to kick butt!  I’m so close to the personal goal I’ve set for myself right now that I want to strive for just a little more. I want to convey to you how pleased I am.  My husband & my son have been extremely supportive and they have truly rallied around me and encourage me everyday. Our family has changed our attitudes towards food and physical fitness. We have all benefited from my participation in this program. We will all continue to eat right and exercise after I have graduated. It is our way of life now.   It is likely I will be back in some way, whether it be to ramp it up for another 16 weeks later on down the road, or through personal one on one training. I am one satisfied client!

In the event I don't get the chance to say thank you before Thursday,
I'd like to let you know what I've learned thus far.

I've been on this program for 229 days (19,785,600 seconds.) During
that time, I've managed to lose 55 pounds - and more importantly, 20%
body fat (from about 34% to 14%). I'm stronger than I thought possible,
but know I can do more. I've managed to change my habits, as to both
eating and exercising (to the point that I look for time in my life to
GO to the gym, and it's really hard for me not to order something
healthy off of any menu.) I can't even begin to thank you, Ron. I
don't have the words. How do you thank someone who has made such a
change in one's life? Yes, I did the work, I believed in myself, my
partner, and most importantly, in the program - and it paid off!

In any case, thank you. Thanks to Wayne, and Angie, and to you, Ron.
You set this up, you made it possible, and you taught me how. Again, I
cannot say thank you enough. If there is anything you need from me,

Wow! What a great program you have!
I have now completed 12 weeks into your program with 4 weeks to go.
The Ultimate Body Transformation is soon here.
I feel fantastic and have already exceeded my goal.
I have had so many people who know me and even some who don't,
comment on what is my fitness secret. Well, I have certainly been a
cheerleader in your arena. I never pass up an opportunity to share my
knowledge for others to obtain their own transformation. The rest is up
to them if they truly have the desire to GO FOR IT.
