With the uncertainty of the current economy, Ultimate Body Studios is offering our new "Layoff Protection Plan" to help ensure that you have a sense of confidence when considering becoming an Ultimate Body Transformer. If you join the UB Program after March 9, 2009, you are automatically covered by the Layoff Protection Plan. Now you can get started on your journey to a new you without having to worry about what will happen if you should be laid off.
It works like this. All new members joining after March 9, 2009 or former/current members who renew after March 9, 2009 are automatically covered by this plan. In the event that you are laid off from your full time employer due to an involuntary reduction in workforce, bring proof of such layoff on company letterhead to the UB administrative offices to initiate the process. Upon successful confirmation of layoff, you will then be given the next four week cycle of the UB program for free while you look for another job. That way you can continue your fitness program while you look for employment and without the burden of an payment for those services. If, after one cycle of looking for a job you are still unsuccessful, we will release you from the further obligations of the contract. If you are able to gain employment, the contract will then remain in effect for the balance of terms that were in place during the free cycle. The member is not required to pay for the free cycle upon, rather just to complete the time obligations of the original contract.
Each case must be approved by Ron Lyons and is at his sole discretion. Written requests for Layoff Protection Plan coverage must be made within 3 days of such action taken by you r employer. Contact UB Staff for further details.
